What to do

Dunstable has a variety of top attractions to visit nearby, with fun for all the family. The ZSL Whipsnade Zoo, the UK’s largest, is within easy reach and has a whole host of animals to see including white rhino and Amur tigers. Dunstable Downs is the perfect destination for a sunny day spent taking a leisurely stroll through the countryside. Getting around

Travel by car is easily accessible from the A5 and A505 for journeys in and around the surrounding areas. For journeys beyond this, easy access to the M1 motorway provides links to London and the south, as well as Milton Keynes and Northampton in the north. For international travel, Luton Airport is located just 16 minutes by car from the centre of Dunstable. Alternatively, Luton railway station offers fast train services to London St Pancras International.

The Lark Rise Academy for children aged three to 11 has been rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted. Other high performing schools in the area include Tithe Farm Primary School, The Value Academy and St Christophers Academy.
