One of the main elements that made Caldecote Fields stand out for Jim and Shirley was the individuality of all the homes, with the mix of architectural styles adding character and personality to the scheme. Srinivas and Nagpadmini viewed one of the 3-bedroom Carmack homes – it was the first property the couple visited, and it was love at first sight. The immediate connection they felt with the property convinced them that it was the right choice, so much so that, despite exploring other options online, they decided they didn’t need to do any more viewings. Srinivas explained: “We were really confident that we were making the right choice. The spaciousness of the Carmack home sets it apart from others in the area – it has wide corridors, well-spaced rooms, and abundant storage space which is all perfect for the needs of our growing family.”
