Abbey New Homes is always looking for great sites for potential development.

Our catchment area spans The South East England, broadly within a two-hour drive of our head office in Potter’s bar, Hertfordshire and covers the home counties: Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Surrey and Sussex.

We prioritise sites for 15 homes or more, with no maximum limit, and which hold outline or detailed planning consent.

Our experienced Land Team has the expertise to maximise the potential of each site and achieve an excellent return for the landowner.
