Find Your Home
We’re pleased to share that Buckinghamshire Council has granted planning approval for our new development on Rabans Lane in Aylesbury.
Abbey New Homes has been part of Aylesbury for over ten years, and we’re looking forward to continuing that journey by creating a new community and welcoming more people to the area.
The development will be called The Spinworks, a name inspired by the site’s past as the former Sony CD factory. It’s a small nod to the musical and manufacturing history that once shaped this location.
As we bring The Spinworks to life, we’d love to celebrate the site’s story. If you — or someone you know — worked at the Sony factory, we’d be delighted to hear your memories or see any photos or memorabilia, which may be displayed in our sales office.
