Celebrating World Book Day with Engayne Primary School

World Book Day is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the power of reading and the impact books can have on young imaginations.

This year, we were delighted to support the fantastic “Golden Ticket” themed World Book Day event at Engayne Primary School. Organised by the Engayne Primary Friends Association, the event created a fun and engaging way for pupils to celebrate books, stories and the joy of reading.

With our Kings Green development located in Upminster, it’s especially meaningful for us to support schools and initiatives within the local community. Engayne Primary School plays an important role in inspiring young learners, and events like this help nurture creativity, curiosity and a lifelong love of reading.

We were proud to donate in support of the event and help make the day even more special for the pupils taking part. We’re also thrilled to share that the event was a huge success, raising an incredible £1,354.77. It’s fantastic to know that our contribution of £350 helped support such a significant fundraising total and made a real difference to the day.

We’d like to extend our thanks to the Engayne Primary Friends Association for their kind words and for organising such a memorable event. It’s always a pleasure to give back to the communities surrounding our developments and support the organisations that make these areas such great places to live.

Here’s to inspiring the next generation of readers and celebrating the magic of books.
