For nature lovers, East Town Park is situated nearby, which has approximately 50 acres of meadows and tree belts. It is open all year round and boasts a children's play area, a maze, a picnic area and an easy access trail suitable for wheelchairs, push-chairs and people with reduced mobility. The park is also the start of the Haverhill Country Walks, a series of circular routes of up to 6.5 miles, east of Haverhill around the villages of Sturmer and Kedington.
